Return Policy

Alchemist Evolution gladly accepts returns on apparel within 14 days from the time your order is shipped. All claims must be made via phone or email. A return label will be issued if the return is authorized. Any returns without a return label will be refused. Items must have all original tags attached and will not be accepted if they have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged. Returns received after 14 days may be accepted at Alchemist Evolution’s discretion and will be subject to a restocking fee of 50% of the returned item's sale price. Alchemist Evolution issues store credit for all returns. Alchemist Evolution does not pay for returns either inbound or outbound.

If you receive a damaged item, please call as soon as it has been received at 1-626-405-0058 between 9AM - 6PM PT Monday-Friday and we will take care of it immediately.

Your account will be credited once we process your return (usually within 24-48 hours of receipt.) An email will be sent to you letting you know your return has been processed, at which point you will be able to use your credit to shop for another style available.
